Paul Virtue's extensive experience as an athlete enhances his abilities as a trainer. An award-winning natural bodybuilder, he also holds black belts in karate and judo. He has competed in track-&-field, martial arts and at the Unites States Olympics Team bobsled trials. In pursuit of ultimate fitness, he has incorporated yoga, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, Pilates, plyometrics and nutrition into his own regimen. This versatility allows Paul to integrate diverse modalities and techniques when customizing programs for his clients. It also means there is no such thing as a boring workout.
Through the years, Paul has gone from novice to master time and again in different sports; he has been injured and recovered; he has fallen into ruts and climbed out of them.
