Whatever it Takes.

With clients, experience is not a prerequisite. Paul enjoys working with absolute beginners just as much as with elite athletes. His goal is to design a program that delivers very specific results-whether it's losing 20 pounds, running a 10k or reducing stress.

Paul draws upon various areas of expertise to create individualized training programs, including:
Core Training | Functional Training | Sport-Specific Training | Cardiovascular Conditioning | Weight Management | Physique Development | Karate & Judo

Tools and techniques include but are not limited to:
Dumbbells | Kettle Bells | Medicine Balls | Balance Boards | Resistance Tubes | Sandbags | Physio Balls | Free Body Exercises | Agility Drills | Focus Mitt Work | Calisthenics

Age Is No Obstacle.

Paul enjoys training tweens and teens, helping them build confidence, body awareness, healthy eating habits and a positive self-image by getting off the couch and into the game. He also works with young people actively participating in competitive sports to enhance their performance.

Paul trains all ages in a traditional Japanese Karate practice that covers basic to advanced technique. Gradings are done bi-annually and a traditional belt ranking system is used. Advanced students will be required to know all material from all previous levels. Once students advance past the white belt (Adults) level, they will be required to participate in sparring practice.
