Paul Virtue is one of the most respected fitness professionals in the tri-state area. He has trained, managed, staffed, designed and developed programs for the top fitness clubs in New York City. He has appeared on ABC's Good Morning America, Fox 5 Morning News, CBS's Early Show and in publications including Sports Fitness for Women, Esquire, P.O.V, Natural Body Building, the New York Post and New York Daily News; served as spokesperson and special events MC for the Kellogg's Company; and was Will Smith's personal trainer on the motion picture "Enemy of the State."

Paul has competed both nationally and internationally in track and field, martial arts and natural bodybuilding, and in 1996 he competed at the United States Olympics Team bobsled trials. He holds the rank of second-degree black belt from the World Seido Karate Organization, and at the age of 45 earned his black belt in Judo in a record 3 years.















Paul attended Temple University on an athletic scholarship, where he studied biology. He holds certifications from The American College of Sports Medicine and The National Academy of Sports Medicine.
